DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
- We deliver to the European Union and the United Kingdom.
- Shipments with ordered goods are delivered by a courier company or freight on wooden pallets.
- Shipments can be tracked using the carrier's website.
- The shipment number can be obtained through the customer panel on the Printhub.pl website or by clicking and providing the email used during registration.
- The goods are packed in new gray multi-layer cardboard boxes without company logos.
- Cardboard boxes are wrapped in a layer of black "stretch" foil to ensure safety.
Courier's work
- The printing house has no influence on the work of courier companies and bears no responsibility for it.
- The courier is not obligated to carry heavy packages upstairs. Be prepared to receive them.
- If access to your address is difficult/impossible or the address description is insufficient, the courier may not deliver the shipment.
- If delivery to your address is impossible, you will have to pick up the goods from the courier's warehouse or the goods will be returned at your expense.
Receiving the delivery
- Check the packaging for damage (torn, repaired, or replaced) and if it looks different from the above description.
- Check if the number of packages on the waybill matches the number of packages delivered.
If something does not match, request to write a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier, take detailed photos of the packages and goods, and immediately inform the printing house by writing to the email: info@printhub.eu
Documentation is necessary to enforce reimbursement for losses resulting from damage to the goods.
