Terms of Service for the Printhub Online Platform
The following terms define the rules applicable to entrepreneurs using the Printhub company's online platform and do not apply to agreements involving consumers.
§ 1. Definitions
The online printing and advertising service provided by Printhub, hereinafter referred to as the Service, is made available by:

hereinafter referred to as Printhub, under the terms specified in these Terms. Printhub is the owner and administrator of the Service.
User - a Printhub client - an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality who has correctly completed the service order form on the Service's pages and has accepted the provisions of these Terms.
Service - the service available on the Platform and provided by Printhub.
Payer's data - the User's data allowing Printhub to correctly issue an invoice for the services ordered by the User.
Order Form - the web page available in the Service, where the User specifies the basic parameters of the Service, the method of payment, and orders the execution of the Service. By completing the order form and submitting it for execution by Printhub, the User agrees to comply with these Terms and obliges Printhub to undertake actions aimed at fulfilling the ordered Service.
Order Execution Agreement - an agreement between the User and Printhub, under which Printhub undertakes to perform the Service ordered by the User.
To conclude the Order Execution Agreement, the User completes and submits the Order Form for the selected service contained in the Service. If the data entered by the User into the Order Form is correct and accepted by Printhub, the agreement is concluded; if not, the User is requested to accept the changes made by Printhub.
Printhub will only take actions to perform the Service if the agreement is accepted by both parties. The time elapsed during mutual acceptance is not counted towards the Service completion time. The conclusion of the Order Execution Agreement is a prerequisite for Printhub to take actions aimed at fulfilling the Services ordered by the User.
§ 2. General Provisions
- The Terms define the manner of using the services offered on the Platform, the scope of Printhub's responsibility, and all other organizational information.
- Registering on the Platform or ordering any of the offered Services is a confirmation that the User has read and accepts all the provisions of the Terms without any reservations.
- Complaints resulting from ignorance of these Terms will be negatively considered.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- These Terms come into force on 01.04.2007.
- Printhub reserves the right to update the Terms, and any changes will apply only to future orders.
- The prices listed on the Platform apply only to online orders and do not apply to orders placed at the Printhub Customer Service Office.
§ 3. Commencement of Service Provision
- The range of products available on the platform can be browsed anonymously and without obligation.
- Orders on the Platform can only be placed after accepting these Terms and completing the registration procedure, resulting in an individual account and password being assigned to the user.
§ 4. Termination of Service Provision
- Printhub reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to a User when:
a) The User has violated the provisions of these Terms,
b) The User has provided incorrect Payer's data,
c) The User has requested the deletion of their Payer's data. - In the event that the execution of the ordered Services has already begun, Printhub has the right to charge the User the full cost of these Services.
§ 5. User Rights and Obligations
The User is obliged to:
- use the services in accordance with the specification provided in the price list,
- promptly update their registered data in the Platform in case of any changes,
- protect their password from unauthorized access,
- refrain from attempting to break other Users' passwords,
- refrain from actions harmful to other Users,
- make timely payments for ordered services,
- regularly check for any changes to the Terms and become acquainted with them.
- By ordering a Service on the Platform, the User declares that they have full rights to perform it and assumes full responsibility for any legal defects arising from the content and form of the works and patterns submitted for printing, including any third-party copyright infringement and other legal regulations in force in Poland.
- At the moment of completing and submitting the Order Form on the Platform, the User expresses their intention to conclude the Order Execution Agreement and assumes a financial obligation for its execution by Printhub. This obligation will be settled in the manner agreed in the bilateral service agreement between Printhub and the User.
§ 6. Printhub's Rights and Obligations
Printhub will make every effort to ensure that the Services on the Platform are provided continuously, without interruption, and at the highest level.
However, Printhub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or moral damages arising from the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any of the conditions of these Terms (including damages suffered by third parties), such as, but not limited to, loss of income or expected profits, or loss of the ability to conduct business. In no event will Printhub be liable for damages exceeding the amount due to Printhub for the ordered and yet-to-be-executed Services.
Printhub is particularly not responsible for:
- any damages suffered by the User resulting from improper sharing of their account information and/or password with third parties,
- consequences resulting from a third party gaining access to the User's password, regardless of the cause (e.g., the User sharing their password or code with a third party, or a third party breaking the password or code),
- consequences resulting from the cessation of Services or the closure of the Platform,
- damages arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms,
- damages resulting from the discontinuity of Service provision not caused by Printhub,
- damages resulting from the provision of incorrect or incomplete Payer's data when ordering Services,
- damages resulting from third-party interference, faulty operation of external factors, and other systems (e.g., telecommunications networks) beyond Printhub's control,
- sharing the password and data with authorized persons based on applicable legal provisions.
Printhub reserves the right to:
- change these Terms and Service prices,
- temporarily disable Service availability on the Platform for expansion or maintenance,
- occasional, brief interruptions in Service availability without providing reasons,
- send communication related to the operation of Services and newsletters to the email addresses provided by the User,
- cease Service provision and shut down the Platform,
- refuse to fulfill an order upon presenting a justified reason.
§7 Changes to Print Files
- Orders with "queued" status - print files can be replaced free of charge using the upload file tab on the platform's main page.
- Orders with "preparation" status - print files can be replaced for an additional fee using the upload file tab on the platform's main page.
- Orders with "in production" status - require significant financial expenses due to the need to create new printing plates and interrupt the printing process; the price is set individually.
- Changes to files made by Printhub's DTP operators are charged according to the rules of the graphic studio regulations of Printhub.
§ 8. Payment Terms
Printhub offers the following payment methods:
- 50% "upfront" / 50% cash on delivery
- 50% "upfront" / 50% on pickup at the printing house
- Upfront bank transfer
- Online "upfront" via Przelewy24.pl
- Cash "upfront" at the printing house
- Cash on delivery *
- Bank transfer within 7 - 30 days *
- Cancellation of an order paid by bank transfer incurs a fee for bank and administrative operations. The refund for the canceled order will be reduced by this amount.
* This payment method is available only for regular verified Users or exceptionally for Users who provide registration documents such as: KRS, NIP, REGON. Additionally, a document confirming that the ordering person is authorized to place orders and receive VAT invoices for the given company is required.
§ 9. Completion Time
- The completion time is calculated from the day the project ready for printing is delivered or accepted.
- The completion time is calculated from the day the payment is confirmed. (Does not apply to Clients with extended payment terms).
- The completion time does not include delivery time by the courier company (minimum +1 day, according to the selected delivery option).
- Promotional offers do not have a 100% guaranteed completion time; slight delays are acceptable.
- The provided completion time may be shorter.
§ 10. Transport
- To ensure the safety of the goods, Printhub packs them in durable corrugated cardboard boxes appropriate to the volume of the order or cardboard envelopes.
- Printhub offers delivery by a reputable, insured courier company with which it has a signed contract ensuring a significant discount.
- Transport prices are automatically calculated by the ordering system.
- It is possible to ship via the courier company indicated by the User.
- In all cases, the cost of delivery is covered by the User.

§ 11. Correspondence
- By accepting the Terms and registering, the User consents, under the Act of July 18, 2002, on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144 of 2002, item 1204), to receive, via email, communications related to the operation of the Platform and newsletters about Printhub's ongoing activities related to the provision and expansion of services.
- All correspondence, communications, and information sent electronically from the Platform to the User will be directed to the email address declared in the profile.
- All traditional correspondence will be delivered by the Platform to the User at the correspondence address provided in the User's profile.
§ 12. Tolerances and Quality Standards
- Offset printing is performed according to ISO 12647-2:2004.
- ICC profiles appropriate for papers: coated - Fogra 51, uncoated - Fogra 52.
- Contract proofs should comply with ISO 12647-7:2007.
- Printing parameter tolerances: optical density: < ± 0.15; dot gain: < ± 5%.
- Acceptable color alignment deviation of consecutively overprinted colors: < 0.2 mm.
- Acceptable cutting deviation of the sheet into single units: < ± 1 mm.
- Folding - deviation of the fold from the nominal fold line (for each fold): < ± 1 mm.
- Perforation - deviation of the perforation from its nominal location: < ± 1 mm.
- Acceptable vertical deviation between the cover and the insert, saddle stitching: < ± 1.5 mm; glued: < ± 2.5 mm.
- Alignment of the image and varnish layer in selective varnishing: < 1 mm.
- Quantitative and qualitative tolerances of the ordered and delivered product: + / - 5% of the ordered quantity.
§ 13. Quality Responsibility and Complaints
- Works included in the order will be executed from the submitted files in the form in which they were delivered unless additional work was agreed upon during the order.
- Only correct files should be submitted for printing without any unnecessary ones that could mislead Printhub and cause incorrect work to be printed, for which Printhub is not responsible.
- The User is obliged to carefully check the correctness (and acceptance or indication of inaccuracies) of the patterns sent by Printhub before their execution (if the project was also ordered). Printhub will not be responsible for the Service performed with an error that was accepted by the User. Lack of acceptance or its significant delay caused by the User may result in an extension of the completion time for which Printhub will not be responsible.
- Printhub is not responsible for discrepancies with the samples unless they were provided before the order execution.
- The color standard for offset printing Services may be an analog or digital proof compliant with ISO 12647-7:2007, with a FOGRA/UGRA strip, as well as a previously correctly printed copy in the same printing technique compliant with ISO 12647-2:2004.
- Matching to samples other than certified proofs, due to the complexity of the technological process, is determined individually and subject to an additional fee.
- Electronic samples are not authoritative and are considered indicative only.
- For foil colors (categories: signs, banners, vehicle advertising), the designations according to the manufacturers' catalogs such as Avery, Oracal, Multifix apply.
- Printhub is not responsible for defects and delays in orders resulting from the improper preparation of graphic files for printing by the User. Information on the proper preparation of designs for printing is available at the bottom of the printing company's website.
- Complaints regarding damaged shipments should be directed exclusively to the courier company. In the case of a damaged shipment, the User should refuse to accept it or request the drafting of a damage report from the courier company's employee delivering the goods. Any losses will be covered by the forwarding company's insurer. A copy of such a report should be immediately sent to Printhub.
- Complaints regarding the quality of services or products due to technological limitations must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days from their receipt. Submitting them later may completely prevent the complaint resolution or involve significant additional costs. A necessary condition for considering a complaint is the return of the complained part of the goods and a detailed description of the objections. Complaints that do not meet this condition will be considered negatively.
- Orders containing damaged or virus-infected files will be suspended until the User provides files free of the aforementioned defects. Printhub is not responsible for delays in the completion time caused by this.
§ 14. Confidentiality
- The User consents to the processing of their personal data by Printhub, provided during registration, for purposes related to Printhub's fulfillment of the services provided, delivering the ordered works to the correct address, necessary contacts during the order processing, and issuing accounting documents.
- The User declares that they have been informed of their right to access and correct their personal data, as well as the right to request its deletion.
- Printhub undertakes to keep confidential personal data related to a given User except in situations described in applicable legal regulations.
§ 15. Final Provisions
- All disputes related to the services provided by Printhub under these Terms will be resolved by Polish common courts.
- If one or more provisions of these Terms are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a final court judgment, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in force.
