Print-Ready Design
An electronic document in PDF format prepared according to the "Printer's Guidelines," ready for use in the printing process without the need for any corrections. Any errors present in the file will be printed, and complaints in this regard will not be considered.
PDF File Check Service by the Printer.
This is a paid service that includes an evaluation of the submitted design for print readiness by a printing staff member.
The following aspects are checked:
- compliance of dimensions with the order
- bleed sizes for trimming
- color space
- whether texts are outlined (if applicable)
- resolution of the images used
The following are not checked, among others: spelling errors, factual errors, or other errors not listed above. If any of the issues mentioned above are found that prevent printing, the printer will inform the Client via email. In no case is the Printer responsible for designs provided for printing.
Graphic Design Service.
The service is carried out in accordance with the graphic studio regulations based on the guidelines and materials provided by the client. The evaluation of the design's appearance as well as the verification of all the information contained in it is the responsibility of the client. Acceptance of the design for printing closes the process of making changes permanently; any later corrections are additionally charged depending on the status of the order and the required workload.
