The design for printing advertising brochures should be submitted in PDF / X-3 format , made in a size compatible with the model of the ordered product.
Particular attention should be paid to the places of folds when designing the folder. Some methods of folding advertising folders are asymmetrical, therefore the front and back of the mock-up are different from each other.
The mockup for the folder design and its description are available on the product configurator page.
If you do not have your own advertising brochure design, you can order it from our printing house.
In printing advertising folders, we offer a wide selection of weights of chalked matte or glossy paper.
Folders printed on thick paper (over 200 g) require an additional creasing process before folding in order to avoid cracking the paper during folding.
Creasing involves pressing a groove in the advertising folder and then folding.
Folders printed on 350g chalked paper are delivered in folding - without folding, (the crease groove allows for easy manual folding).
For printing small-format advertising folders:
we recommend 130g or 170g glossy coated paper.
For printing large-format advertising folders:
we recommend 170g and 200g coated paper.
When printing advertising brochures, there are many options for their folding
There are the following ways of folding folders, such as:
Folders are printed in the full color of the Euroscala CMYK palette at a resolution of 2400 DPI.
Optionally, in printing folders, a special color from the Pantone palette can be used, e.g. gold, silver or another color not available in the CMYK palette.
The printout can be refined with a mat / gloss foil laminate and / or with a full-surface or selective varnish.
The printing house can additionally carve a folder into an unusual shape or cut a window, for example.
